On 9th September, we invite our Canadian customer to visit our production lines of sand filled balls, we display our production procedure of how we put raw materials into ball molds, and display the production of mold heating, and pick out balls from ball mold, and pump the air in, and also fill the balls with sand, and also clean the mold center line, and install air valve and package balls into custom box. Here are some photos we took during customer's visit.

And to guarantee the sample quality, we're well prepared for the sample test, we prepare the tools to measure the diameter, and hardness, and weighing scales to make sure the specifications of the baseballs samples we make are at least 95% similar to the original baseball samples. And we also we do try our best to improve the raw materials, and also improve the ball molds for many times to meet 95% high similarity.

And the customer comes from Canton Fair, and we have talked about his plans of sport balls, and even sport nets for the future orders, because he is happy with our sample quality and so excited to see our production line in close distance. For future order, we'd love to give him the best support for the mini order quantity and keep working diligent for the strict quality inspection for each order.
We also hope more and more customers can come to visit our factory and visit the environment of our workshops and also see the production line of our balls face to face, and give us more suggestions for the balls they want exactly, and in this way we can go further and grow up together.
